We encourage everyone with extra vehicles or visiting guests to use the parking lot at the front of the community near our office-we know that doesn't always happen. We will work on coming up with more ideas on how to get everyone to follow these guidelines to give our residents more upfront parking options.

|Recommended: YesGreat livable apartments — I’ve been living here almost 2 years I love it here I haven’t had any worries living in my unit
|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here for about 6 months now and feel I’ve formed a pretty solid opinion. The parking is the worst part. There’s rarely any open spaces when I come home from work, so if I want to actually utilize the free parking that is advertised, I typically have to park pretty far from my apartment. The noise is the second worst part. We can almost constantly hear the Lowes speakers behind the complex, even when the windows are shut. I understand that’s not the fault of the complex, but it would’ve been nice to be made aware of before we moved in. Maintenance is quick to respond and usually fixes the issue at hand, but we find ourselves calling them often. 2 3 times alone on move in weekend We’ve also noticed now that it’s cold that when the heat is in use, there’s almost no hot water for bathing. So we usually have to turn the heat off to shower. Day to day life is fine, and we do not intend to move right away. But there are definitely pros and cons of living here.

|Recommended: YesIts a great place for little families — Its a great place to live and the maintenance guys are cool and on their game. Although their is a doggy daycare behind our apartment and you can hear them bark throughout the day, it isn't all that bad. When leaving the apartment complex onto county line Rd during holidays and rush hour is probably the only bad thing about this location. On the bright side the greenwood mall is right across the street
