The apartments are very nice on the inside and the staff is easy to communicate with and takes care of issues in a timely manner. I have had a great experience overall
submitted by Deven C. - |Recommended: YesQuiet, well placed, well kept. — I would tell them it's a great place to live for location and rent cost. However, the parking lacks a bit and it's 15 mo for a car port. My apartment's AC can't keep up at all. I understand in some heat, it's hard but when it's 75 out, my AC should be able to run at 70 instead of 78. Other than those two issues, I'm happy. It's quiet, no one bothers anyone, neighbors are friendly, its pet friendly for the most part , apartment units are quiet, courtyards are well kept and I see grounds crew out every morning picking up trash.

Affordable newly renovated apartment with lots of room and almost impossible to hear your neighbors. My only quarrel is the lack of parking. There are days I can park in a spot and other days I just pull of to the side of the road. Overall a solid 4 5.

They look amazing. They have beautiful features. The staff are good people, and the maintenance is very reliable dependable. You also have so many food places, stores, and a mall right across the street. So, thats a plus.

Only downside is cold air seeps through the windows making it where I have to crank up my heat

Especially it being my first time signing a lease on my own. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place I moved into is very nice and updated. I can’t hear my neighbors at all. The only thing that isn’t the greatest here is the parking. other than that its an overall nice place.
